selection of secular and religious music from across the centuries. The
programme included the haunting and powerful "O Magnum Mysterium"
by the early composer, Vittoria, a selection from Mozart's 12th Mass, a
number of amusing and romantic madrigals, and more modern work by John
Rutter. |

In
the programme, Patrick reviewed the life and work of the great tenor
John McCormack who rivalled Caruso in the early 20th Century,
performing many of the songs he sang.
